Saberra Regen Pool

Regeneration is a budget line, not a brand mood.

Saberra commits 5% of net collected revenue to the Regen Pool. The purpose is to let memory infrastructure fund the ecosystem it serves: communities, cooperatives, land projects, and purpose-led organizations building the next operating system for work and stewardship.

Public commitment

Five percent of net collected revenue goes into the Regen Pool.

Every active Saberra subscription contributes to a regenerative funding pool. This is intentionally public: once the commitment is on the site, Saberra is accountable to it.

Why this belongs in the business model

Saberra earns revenue from purpose-led organizations. A portion of that revenue should strengthen the wider regenerative ecosystem, not only the company selling software into it. The Regen Pool keeps that reciprocity visible.

Allocation

How the 5% pool is intended to flow.

100% of the Regen Pool

TealRegistry-aligned projects

Allocated to regenerative projects meeting TealRegistry criteria. TealRegistry is a regenerative standards body in development. Grants will flow to aligned projects once the certification program launches.

Flywheel

Memory funding better governance, better governance funding better memory.

The long-term loop is simple: Saberra helps purpose-led teams mature their operating memory. Part of that revenue funds new regenerative projects. Those projects build stronger governance and operational maturity, and some may later become Saberra clients or partners.

  • Clients get source-backed institutional memory.
  • Regenerative projects receive visible funding support.
  • TealRegistry (in development) becomes a pathway for project discovery and certification.

If your organization is building for the long term, your memory should be long-term infrastructure.
