Saberra Regen Pool

Regeneration is a budget line, not a brand mood.

Saberra reserves 5% of subscription revenue for regenerative work. The purpose is to let memory infrastructure fund the ecosystem it serves: communities, cooperatives, land projects, and purpose-led organizations building the next operating system for work and stewardship.

Public commitment

Five percent of subscription revenue goes into the Regen Pool.

Every active Saberra subscription contributes to a regenerative funding pool. This is intentionally public: once the commitment is on the site, Saberra is accountable to it.

Why this belongs in the business model

Saberra earns revenue from purpose-led organizations. A portion of that revenue should strengthen the wider regenerative ecosystem, not only the company selling software into it. The Regen Pool keeps that reciprocity visible.

Mechanics

How the pool works, in exact terms.

Memory funding the ecosystem it serves.

Saberra earns revenue from purpose-led organizations. A portion of that revenue goes back to regenerative work before Saberra pays itself. The pool is a structural commitment, not a discretionary program: it accrues from the first dollar of subscription revenue and is published quarterly.

  • Clients get source-backed institutional memory.
  • The pool accrues from day one, above the profit split.
  • Disbursement and balance are published each quarter in the drift metrics.
  • Life Project Education is declared as a related party and potential recipient.

If your organization is building for the long term, your memory should be long-term infrastructure.

Start with the audit. It shows where decisions, risks, roles, and commitments are already leaking from your operating system.
