Structural changes and amendments

A record of changes to Saberra's governance documents, product commitments, and published policies. Governance amendments are also visible as diffs in the public governance repository, where the history cannot be silently rewritten.

Governance pack: initial publication

Nine documents (00–08) published to saberra.com/governance. Documents 01 and 02 marked NOT YET IN FORCE pending Steward appointment and credential escrow. All other documents in force on publication. Entity form decided: Saberra LLC, New Hampshire limited liability company. New Hampshire governing law throughout, for the data processing agreement and the general terms alike. Drift metrics baseline established; first quarterly figures due 2026-09-30.

Trust Center expanded: portability, continuity, and retention sections

Three new sections added to the Trust Center: customer exit and portability (records in customer's own Notion workspace, no notice period, no exit fee), business continuity (Steward credential escrow, trigger protocol), and retention schedule (heartbeats 7d, all other events 90d, 500-row hard cap). DPA updated from email-gated request to direct download.

Confidentiality level enforcement documented

Fail-closed RBAC and confidentiality level enforcement (Standard / Sensitive / Restricted) documented publicly on the security page. The enforcement operates at the data-retrieval layer, not by prompt instruction. A prompt cannot override a Restricted classification.

Regen Pool mechanics published in exact terms

Rate (5% of subscription NCR), position in waterfall (above profit split), accrual start (first dollar), and current status (accruing and held, nothing disbursed) published on /impact. Life Project Education declared as a related party. Full mechanics including fallback rule and disbursement process at governance document 08.

Governance amendment history

Changes to governance documents are committed to the github.com/Agent5D-369/governance repository. Each amendment is visible as a diff against the prior version. This makes an amendment visible as an amendment rather than appearing as though the text always read the current values. Prior versions are retained in full.

Quarterly drift figures (document 07) are also published to that repository, anchored by SHA-256 hash. The hash is what allows a reader to confirm that a figure published on a given date has not been altered since.
